Riviera Nayarit continues to consolidate its position as a world-class destination, and it now does so with a new milestone: the inauguration of Nauka Riviera Nayarit, a low-density complex spanning over 370 hectares in Costa Canuva, Compostela.

This development is located just 30 minutes north of Bucerías by car. With an investment of 50 million USD, it stands as a natural sanctuary where tropical rainforest, volcanic cliffs, mangrove estuaries and over seven kilometers of coastline come together. The project redefines the sporting and residential experience in Mexico.

The heart of this project is its golf course, designed by the renowned American architect Tom Fazio. With 18 holes, par 72, and 7,600 yards, the course offers an unparalleled experience that combines mountain, estuary, ocean, and jungle settings, highlighting three oceanfront holes. Adding to this offering is The Booby Trap, a lighted 9-hole par-3 short course, ideal for play day or night, which adds an innovative character to the destination.

In the residential area, the Beach Estates and oceanfront Beach Residences stand out, along with the Cliff Estates with panoramic views and the Golf Villas by the fairway. In addition, there is Siari · Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residences, an exclusive enclave of 34 turnkey residences.

Nauka proposes a sophisticated lifestyle with unparalleled amenities: a Beach Club with a 60-meter infinity pool, a Marina Village & Yacht Club with capacity for 400 yachts up to 67 meters, a top-level Sports Club, and a six-hectare Wellness Village conceived as a haven for health and balance.

The inauguration was attended by notable personalities, including José Miguel Bejos, president of Mota-Engil Mexico; Jaime Fasja Amkie, parter of Nauka; Miguel Ángel Navarro, governor of the state of Nayarit; Héctor Santana, municipal president of Bahía de Banderas; and Juan Enrique Suárez del Real Tostado, secretary of Tourism.
